Perito Moreno Glacier — Patagonia Argentina
The Perito Moreno Glacier is one of the most powerful and unforgettable landscapes in Argentine Patagonia. Photographed in the year 2000, this collection preserves the monumental presence of the glacier through an analog photographic process, using color transparency film and medium and large format cameras.
Among the cameras used was a panoramic Linhof, producing a remarkable 17x6 cm frame — an ideal format to capture the vast horizontal scale of the ice, the dramatic textures of the glacier walls, and the immense silence of the Patagonian landscape.
Perito Moreno is not only a natural wonder, but also a visual experience of strength, time, and transformation. Its blue ice, fractured surfaces, deep crevasses, and sculptural forms create images that move between landscape photography and abstract fine art.
This collection belongs to the Patagonia Series, a body of work dedicated to the wild beauty, atmospheric changes, and extraordinary geography of southern South America. These photographs were originally created on analog film and are now available as fine art prints for collectors, interiors, hotels, corporate spaces, and architectural projects.
