Production and Dispatch

Production and dispatch times vary according to the artwork, dimensions, material, finishing, and destination. The applicable estimate is presented with the product, at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in the project quotation.

Shipping Costs and Tracking

Available delivery options, shipping costs, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout or confirmed in a project quotation. Tracking information is provided when available from the selected carrier.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or local charges depending on the destination. Any applicable responsibilities and charges are determined by the destination’s rules and the terms presented with the order.

Receiving Your Artwork

Please inspect the package and artwork promptly after delivery. If there is visible damage, retain the artwork and all original packaging and contact us with the order number and clear photographs so the situation can be assessed.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for a return, exchange, or cancellation depends on the artwork, any customization, the delivery destination, the condition of the item, and applicable consumer law. Please contact us before returning any artwork so that the correct procedure and return address can be provided.

Custom and Project Orders

Custom sizes, commissioned works, coordinated installations, and project-specific production may have particular cancellation and return conditions, where permitted by applicable law. These conditions should be confirmed in the quotation before production begins.
